Are Milano Straps compatible with all Patek Philippe models?

Can I see and try the strap before ordering?

Yes, at our atelier in Milan, Via XX Settembre 15, but by appointment only. Bring your watch and we'll verify the lug width, attachment curve, and how the leather sits on your specific case together. It's the most reliable way to avoid ordering a strap that looks right in photos but isn't on the wrist.

What's the price for a custom strap for Patek Philippe?

Price depends on the leather chosen, the work involved, and the lug width of your reference. We don't publish a single list because each Patek Philippe case, from Calatrava to Grand Complications, calls for a different strap. We discuss it in the atelier or by direct request, looking at your watch.

Can the integrated strap of a Nautilus or Aquanaut be replaced?

Yes, but it's different work from a standard strap change. In our archive only 3 Nautilus and 5 Aquanaut references exist, both with lugs integrated to the case. The strap must be cut to the exact curve of that reference, not to a standard width—that's why we handle each case individually, in the atelier.
