The Louisiana alligator does not ask for permission. Its character is etched in its scales — each scale is unique, each span of skin tells a different position on the animal's back. The matte finish softens the contrast, returning a deep black that does not reflect light: sober, almost severe, exactly as befits the wrist of someone wearing a Patek Philippe.
The tanning is Tuscan, carried out according to traditional methods in workshops that have been processing the most demanding leathers on the market for generations.
