The MS Labs collection strap starts with a simple premise: genuine alligator leather on the surface, natural rubber on the back. It's not an aesthetic compromise. It's a precise technical choice. Alligator provides structure, visual character, and durability that synthetic materials cannot imitate. Natural rubber—thick, resistant to UV rays and chemical agents—works in contact with the wrist: it doesn't irritate, doesn't give out, and doesn't deform.
The grooved structure on the inner side is not decorative. It creates constant ventilation, distributes pressure, and makes the strap wearable even during the longest hours. The integrated quick-release in stainless steel allows you to change the strap without tools, without forcing, and without risking scratching the lugs.
Each strap is cut from a different hide. Color variations between one example and another are not a defect—they are the signature of an authentic material.

Does alligator really not irritate my wrist? With normal leathers, after a while I sweat and get uncomfortable.
No, because the direct contact with your wrist is not with the alligator. Internally there is natural rubber — the material that breathes and does not irritate. The alligator stays on the surface, where it does its job: holding the shape and lasting over time. The grooves inside, moreover, create constant ventilation. It is not a leather that sticks to your wrist, even during long hours.
If I change the strap, is it complicated or can I do it myself without tools?
You do it all yourself, zero tools. The integrated stainless steel quick-release opens and closes without forcing, without risking scratching the lugs of the watch. It is not an optional accessory — it is built inside the strap.
If I buy two of these straps and one is darker than the other, should I worry or is it normal?
It is normal, it is not a defect. Each strap is cut from a different hide. Authentic alligator has natural variations in grain and tone — that is the signature you are paying for. If they were all identical, it would mean the material is not genuine.
Doesn’t the rubber on the back degrade over time? With humidity, sweat, the chemical things that end up on your wrist?
No. It is natural rubber, but specifically resistant to UV and chemical agents. It does not yield to pressure, does not deform, does not rot. The difference between any ordinary rubber and this one lies precisely there — in the composition and the density. On the wrist is where the stresses are at their maximum.
Does this strap fit any watch or are there width limitations?
The lengths are 120mm and 75mm (excluding the buckle). Compatibility depends on the lugs of your watch — you have to measure that space. We do not have other standard width variants. If you have doubts about compatibility, it is something to verify beforehand, not something that gets solved at the wrist.
