Returns and exchanges
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or an exchange. The strap must come back as you received it: unworn, in its packaging. Write to info@milanostraps.it with your order number; once the return is accepted, I will send you the return shipping label. Made-to-measure straps cannot be returned: they are cut for your watch. Every strap is a one-off piece, cut and stitched by hand in our Milan atelier. Saddle stitching gives superior strength, while the edges are finished with seven coats of dye applied by brush, for a longevity that outlasts passing trends.

Frequently asked questions
What sizes are available?
This Saffiano is available in five sizes: 18x16, 19x16, 20x16, 22x18 and 24x20 mm. The lugs are narrower than the strap body, and not all the same, so please check the size carefully before ordering.
Does it hold up to everyday wear, sweat and rain?
Saffiano has that cross-hatch texture that also works in its favour: it resists scratches and moisture better than a smooth leather. It is not a delicate hide to be kept under glass.
Will the brown colour be identical to the one in the photo?
To be honest, every hide has its own shading, so your piece may vary slightly from the photo. It remains a solid brown, though, not a compromise between light and dark.
Is the stitching contrast stitching?
No, it is tone-on-tone. The thread follows the colour of the leather rather than breaking it up, so the profile stays compact.
How thick is this strap?
2.1 mm, measured by us on the body of the strap. It is not a thin dress strap, it has some body to it under the fingers.
