Omega builds watches where the strap is not an accessory but part of the aesthetic identity. The 20mm size on Seamaster and Speedmaster embodies carefully studied proportions. An artisan strap must respect this balance: whether cordovan, alligator or leather, it must converse with the case without competing. How do I verify compatibility with my Omega?

Lug width is the exclusive parameter. Omega primarily offers 20mm, 19mm, 18mm and 16mm. Check your watch's reference number on the caseback or certificate: we'll tell you immediately which lug width you have and which strap is ready for you.

Which leather do you recommend for a Speedmaster or Seamaster?

For sport models I recommend cordovan or vegetable-tanned leather: they resist daily wear and improve over time. Alligator is ideal if you're after formal elegance. If you wear the watch in water, consider our treated cordovan or technical rubber solutions.

Can I customize the strap for my specific model?

Yes. We accept custom made-to-measure commissions. Choose leather, color, stitching and buckle. We also work on precise references like the Omega 131.53.39.20.02.002 or the Speedmaster 221.53.49.10.01.001, adapting the design to your style.

Which leathers do you offer and how do I maintain them over time?

We work with alligator, crocodile, cordovan, calf, lizard, nubuck, nylon and rubber. Each material evolves naturally: calf develops patina, cordovan polishes and darkens. We send a maintenance guide with every piece to preserve your investment over time.

How long does it take to receive a personalized strap?

Custom pieces require 4-6 weeks of craftsmanship. We also have a selection of standard sizes ready for those in a hurry: send us your Omega reference and we'll verify what you can take home in short time.
