Matte alligator has a different character from glossy alligator. No reflections, no immediate visual impact — just the texture, the color, the material. The grey in this finish doesn't seek attention: it commands it.
The scales are selected for uniformity and treated with a matte finish that enhances the leather's naturalness without altering its structure. The result is a strap that can be worn discreetly but is recognized up close for what it is: genuine alligator, crafted in Italy.
The calibrated thickness — from 3.5 mm at the lugs to 2.5 mm towards the buckle — ensures comfort on the wrist without sacrificing rigidity where needed. A formal strap that also works outside of a formal context.

What sizes are available?
The sizes I keep in stock are 18x16, 19x16, 20x16, 21x18 and 22x18 millimetres. Tell me your watch and I'll point you to the right one.
Is it glossy or matte?
Matte, no reflections. The scales are selected for uniformity and finished with a matte treatment, which lets the texture speak instead of the light.
Why isn't the thickness the same throughout the strap?
Because it needs to be that way. At the lugs it's 3.5 millimetres, tapering down to 2.5 near the buckle. That way the wrist is comfortable while the part supporting the case stays rigid.
Can I have traditional spring bars instead of the quick release?
Yes, this can be done on request. Same price, about a week's wait. Tell me which watch you need the strap for and I'll proceed.
Is the leather genuine alligator?
Yes, genuine alligator, processed in Italy. Up close it shows: the texture isn't printed, it's the leather itself speaking.
