The grey of this strap is not neutral: it is a precise shade, that of polished quartz, capable of complementing both light and dark dials without overpowering them. The lizard grain — tiny, geometric, almost crystalline — changes with the light. On the wrist, it's a detail that belongs to the wearer, not the observer.
The craftsmanship is Italian, carried out on selected hides. The slim thickness — 2.5 mm — makes it compatible with thin cases and dress watches, without compromising the structure. The length cutting is designed to fit different wrists without force.
Over time, lizard leather compacts its surface. It doesn't soften like calf leather, nor does it develop a patina like Barenia: it maintains its character, becoming more itself.
