Straps for Rolex Submariner — the diver returning from the deep

The Submariner has been a trailblazer in dive watch history since 1953. For generations, the lug width was 20mm; since 2020, with the 126610, Rolex switched to 21mm. Below, you can filter by size and material.

The Submariner changes size, not identity

If your Submariner is older than the 126610 (reference 16610, 14060, 116610LN, etc.), the lug width is 20mm. From the 126610 onwards (Submariner Date 2020, 126613, 126619LB), Rolex switched to 21mm. This is a detail many only discover by trying on the wrong strap. For a sporty wrist: Horween cordovan">shell cordovan that ages with wear, Hornback alligator for character. For true diving: organic rubber, link at the bottom. For everyday use: swift calfskin or polished Italian leather.
