Military Recycled Nylon Strap — Orange Green Stitching
€52,00
Military green doesn't aim to please everyone. It aims to last.
This strap is made from 100% recycled polyester—a supply chain choice even before it's an aesthetic one. The fabric maintains the compact structure of classic military nylon, with a slim profile that doesn't add bulk to the wrist. The green and orange stitching outlines the profile without shouting: a recognizable detail for those who look closely, invisible to those who don't seek it.
The 316L stainless steel buckle and loops resist corrosion without compromise. Made in Italy, with the same care Milano Straps dedicates to technical materials.

The joy of little things
Changing your strap should be as simple as changing your shoes. With us, it is.
Every strap has integrated quick-release spring bars: swap it in one gesture, no tools, no risk of scratching the lugs. The same watch shifts mood with the moment.

ARTIGIANATO ITALIANO
Manifattura Milanese

But does recycled nylon really hold up over time like a ’real’ strap, or is it more of a conscience choice than a durability one?
It’s both. The 100% recycled polyester here maintains the compact structure of classic military nylon — the same structure militaries chose for decades because it doesn’t deform. The 1.5mm thickness is calculated to avoid adding bulk to the wrist while handling tension. The 316L stainless steel on the buckle and keepers isn’t a compromise: it’s the same we use on shell cordovan pieces. The difference is that this time the supply chain choice — recycled — didn’t come after performance, but alongside it.
Do those green and orange stitches stay as they are, or will they fade like everything else with use?
We don’t yet know the exact behaviour over time — it depends on how well the recycled material holds colour under sun and sweat. What we can say is that these are decorative stitches designed for those who look closely. It’s not a structural element, it’s a recognisable detail for those who know what to look for. If they fade, they become part of the strap’s story.
I need it for 22mm: does the strap adapt or do I have to go with 20?
It’s compatible with 20-22mm lug width. The buckle mounts onto the strap, so if your case requires 22mm, the strap adapts to your case’s lug width without issue.
27 centimetres total — is this for standard wrists or should I choose based on my measurements?
That’s the total length of the finished strap. Understand that we don’t have two options (short/long) available for this model. If you’re unsure how it will sit on your wrist, the advice is to verify your measurements against other straps you wear: if you need different lengths, this may not be the right piece for you.
Why military green specifically and not grey or black, which would go with everything?
Because military green doesn’t aim to please everyone — the strap says so itself. It’s a choice of character, not versatility. If you’re looking for something that matches any watch, this isn’t the piece. If instead you’re looking for a strap that has a position, that lasts, and that doesn’t forget it exists, then it makes sense.
