Ron S. Pairs perfectly with my Tudor Black Bay 41mm
SKU: N10-LBR-RE-20
Recycled polyester is not a compromise. It is a precise technical choice: compact yarn, stable surface, consistent performance over time — no sagging or loosening. This military strap is made from 100% recycled material processed in Italy, and it embodies the coherence of those who do not separate aesthetics and responsibility.
The detail that characterizes this version is the red stitching on a brown background. A calibrated, not accidental, contrast: it evokes the codes of the classic military strap while adding an immediate mark of recognition. It works well on brushed steel cases as well as on bronze or black PVD.
The 316L stainless steel buckle and loops complete a strap designed to withstand daily use without requiring special attention. Reduced thickness, high wearability.

Milano Straps, always sensitive to the issue of sustainability and the ways in which a luxury product should be produced and distributed, has decided, in its small way, to contribute to the growth of an Eco-Luxury Positive economy.
Recently launched, the MSLabStraps line is a new series of eco-friendly NATO fabric straps made by recycling post-consumer plastic bottles collected in Northern Italy.
From one recycled plastic bottle, two MSLabStraps NATO straps are made.
Through a mechanical, non-chemical recycling process that is 100% Made in Italy certified throughout its fully traceable supply chain, the plastic from the bottles is shredded and transformed into high-quality, high-performance recycled polyester yarns for textile use.
The production of 1 kg of Newlife®, for the same quantity of virgin polymer, allows a reduction in energy consumption of 60%, CO2 emissions of 32%, and water consumption of 94%.
Recycled polyester is not a material that settles or relaxes over time — it has uniform behavior. The yarn is compact and the surface remains stable. What you use on day one is what you use a year later. The buckle and passants are 316L stainless steel, so you have no oxidation issues. The only thing: it’s not a strap that softens like leather, but it’s not one of those plasticized nylons that deform either. This one is built to withstand daily use without requiring attention.
It’s not random. The stitching echoes classic military strap codes, but placing it on a brown background is calibrated to create immediately recognizable contrast. It’s a signature, not decoration. As for color durability: it depends on the stitching itself — here it’s worked in Italy on quality thread, but we have no accelerated fade data. What we know is that the base (the nylon) doesn’t give, so the stitching won’t loosen because of the foundation. If the red fades somewhat over time, the structure remains intact.
The thickness is 1.5mm — contained but not thin. On a 42mm brushed steel case it works, and the strap doesn’t act as a counterweight. The recycled nylon has a compactness that holds shape well without being rigid like raw textile military gear. Wearability is high, meaning it settles nicely on the wrist without creating discomfort. If what you’re after is avoiding that plasticky feel of certain commercial nylons, you won’t find it here.
Visually brown works well on both bronze and brushed steel or black PVD — it was designed that way. Red stitching on bronze with green-brown patina could create contrast, but it depends on how dark the patina is. If it’s still in warm tones, the strap’s brown holds the eye well without competing. What doesn’t change is the material’s behavior: stability over time remains the same.
The total length is 27cm. The passants are 316L stainless steel and allow you to adjust the watch to your wrist, but the final length doesn’t change — what varies is where the strap closes. If you have a medium to large wrist, you need to exclude the space occupied by the buckle from your assessment. Advice: if it’s not your standard size, contact first: 27cm when fastened is a precise measurement and nylon doesn’t stretch.
