Recycled polyester is not a compromise. It's a technical choice: the same strength as traditional military nylon, zero virgin material. This strap is made from 100% recycled yarn, crafted in Italy with the same care we dedicate to leather.
The red stitching is not just a decorative detail — it defines the strap's character, making it recognizable even under the watch face. The 316L stainless steel buckle and rings withstand daily use without failure or oxidation. The flat 1.5mm construction fits slim wrists and sports watches with equal ease.
Compatible with any 20mm or 22mm lug watch. A single 27cm length covers most wrist sizes. Built in Italy, for those who don't want to choose between aesthetics and responsibility.

Write to info@milanostraps.it with your order number; once the return is accepted, I will send you the return shipping label. Made-to-measure straps cannot be returned: they are cut for your watch. Milanese Craftsmanship
Every strap is a one-off piece, cut and stitched by hand in our Milan atelier. Saddle stitching gives superior strength, while the edges are finished with seven coats of dye applied by brush, for a longevity that outlasts passing trends.

Frequently asked questions
Can I get this strap wet?
Yes, without any issue. It is made of recycled Newlife® polyester, obtained from plastic bottles, produced through an Italian supply chain. It withstands water and sweat without being damaged.
What sizes are available?
20mm and 22mm lug width. The total length is 27cm, the same for both sizes, and it fits most wrists.
What colour is the buckle?
316L stainless steel. Same alloy for buckle and keepers, designed for everyday use without oxidising.
Are the red stitches visible even close to the dial?
Yes, they are well-defined contrast stitches. They make the strap recognisable even when fitted under the case.
Is it suitable for a slim wrist?
I'd say so. The thickness is 1.5mm, a flat construction that suits both slim wrists and bulkier sports watches well.
