Strap for Max 01

The Maximalism MAX01 features a 20mm lug width, an established standard in contemporary watchmaking that enables versatile pairings with bespoke straps. This proportion was deliberately calibrated by the designer to maintain visual equilibrium between the sculptural case and strap, avoiding disproportions that would compromise the entire architectural composition.

For the Maximalism MAX01, we recommend straps that create deliberate contrast with the case's sculptural geometry. Black alligator offers minimalist elegance, whilst vegetable-tanned calf introduces natural patina and chromatic depth. NATO straps in neutral tones deliver contemporary effect, whilst charcoal-grey rubber amplifies the design's tech-forward character.

To change the strap on a 20mm lug width timepiece, position the watch on a flat support surface. Use a dedicated spring bar tool to activate the spring bar from the internal side of the lug, pressing gently inward until the first strap side releases. Repeat on the opposite side. Insert the new strap by aligning the lateral holes with the case pins, pushing the spring bar until it clicks into position.

All straps with certified 20mm lug width are compatible with the Maximalism MAX01.
