A watch strap is made to endure, or made to please. The military strap, born from the specifications of the British Ministry of Defence, never had to choose.
Its construction is a single piece: the strap slides under the watch case instead of attaching to the lugs with two separate spring bars. A precise design choice—if one spring bar fails, the strap remains on the wrist. In the field, this difference carries specific weight.
Military green canvas and brown leather coexist naturally: the fabric provides the structure, the leather provides the character. The ecru thread stitching is not an ornament—it's the mark of a job well done, visible to those who know where to look. Each strap varies slightly from the others due to the natural discontinuities of the leather: not a defect, but proof that it's real.
Compatible with any watch with 20mm to 22mm lugs. It works on a vintage field watch as well as on a modern GMT—without forcing the pairing.

Can I get it wet without any problems?
Yes, you can get it wet. It is an eco friendly strap: the fabric is Newlife® recycled polyester, made from recycled plastic bottles, with a Made in Italy supply chain. It withstands water and sweat well.
What size should I get?
The size available for purchase is 22mm. That is the one I ship.
Will it fit my watch with 20mm lugs?
Yes. The construction is one-piece: the strap passes under the case rather than attaching with two separate spring bars. Because of this, it covers lugs from 20mm to 22mm without forcing.
Does the ecru thread get dirty with use?
Over time it develops a patina, from dust and sweat. This is normal and part of the strap's character.
Why the one-piece construction instead of classic spring bars?
Because this way, if a spring bar were to fail, the strap still stays on your wrist. The military green fabric provides the structure, while the brown leather provides the character. A design conceived for those who use it out in the field.
