Correct measurement is performed with a digital calliper, positioning the probe perpendicular to the lug hole, inner-to-inner. Strap change requires a spring bar tool. Position the watch on a soft surface, identify the lug hole on the inner side of the case, insert the tool to compress the spring bar and release pressure on the old strap end.
