The Patek Philippe Grand Complications ref. 3970EP Perpetual Calendar Chronograph is a platinum timepiece with a 36mm case, produced in only 141 examples between 1986 and 2004. This chronograph features a perpetual calendar complication and requires a bespoke strap solution. Milano Straps offers custom leather straps handcrafted by Atelier Casati Milano artisans, selected from black Mississippi alligator or aged Barenia leather, with special lugs precisely fitted to the platinum case proportions.
