The Grand Complications 1518J, seen from the bench

The Perpetual Calendar Chronograph 1518 is the first series-produced chronograph with perpetual calendar in watchmaking history, manufactured from 1941 to 1954 in only 281 examples. This yellow gold specimen measures 35mm and combines moon phases, complete calendar, and chronograph functions. The watch features non-standard lugs requiring bespoke strap adaptation by Atelier Casati Milano.
