Proceed with a spring bar tool to remove the springs that secure the strap to the lugs. Position the tool in the small hole of the spring, gently push inward and extract the spring from the lug shoulder. Repeat on the other side. For new installation, align the strap to the lugs and reinsert the springs with gentle pressure until the closing click.
