Strap for Ocean One Black

The lug width of the Steinhart Diver T0204 is 22 millimetres. This measurement is taken from the inner distance between the two lugs of the case. Measurement should be conducted with a digital calliper for precision to one-tenth of a millimetre.

Strap selection depends on primary usage. For frequent diving: FKM rubber with deployante clasp for chemical resistance and rapid drying. For predominantly terrestrial use: vegetable-tanned leather for aesthetic evolution and natural patina. For versatility: NATO webbing at high density. For luxury: alligator with natural grain.

The strap is removed by pressing the springbar springs from one side. Use a dedicated tool or small screwdriver to avoid damage to the case. Once the springs are released, extract the bar completely. The new strap is installed by aligning the holes with the case pins and pressing until the spring clicks into place. Verify that the bar is fully locked on both sides before use.
