To measure correctly, position a digital caliper between the inner lug shoulders, excluding the outer edges. A lug of different width will not seat properly in the spring bars, causing structural play or preventing installation.

The choice depends on intended use and desired aesthetics. Alligator leather imparts classical elegance and enhances the coolness of white gold with a sophisticated natural patina. Calf leather, more robust, develops a brown-copper patina that contrasts interestingly with the precious metal. A canvas NATO enables quick changes and restores the original military function. Insert the spring bar tool on the internal spring of the lug, gently lifting the spring bar from the case lug. Once the old strap is freed, repeat the operation from the opposite side. For the new strap, align the spring bars with the lugs, press the spring downward and snap each side into its respective lug shoulder. Verify that the strap is securely attached before wearing the watch.
