Position the watch on a soft surface with the case facing downward. Using a spring bar tool, gently compress the internal elastic pin on one side, then extract the pin from the case lug. Repeat for the second pin. Proceed in reverse to install the new strap, ensuring the pins align perpendicularly to the lugs.
