Remove the case back with a specialised tool or consult a watchmaker. Once the lugs are accessible, use a spring bar tool or small screwdriver to gently extract the pins from their position. Insert the new strap and reinsert the pins, verifying they are perfectly aligned and secured. Do not force: the pins must click into position with moderate pressure.
