The Cartier Calibre de Cartier W7100046 chronograph, launched in 2010, marks Cartier's official entry into contemporary mechanical haute horlogerie. The stainless steel case measures 42mm in diameter with a geometric, sports-elegant design. It houses the Cartier caliber 1904-CH MC movement, a column-wheel chronograph with hours, minutes, small seconds, and date window, beating at 28,800 vph. Water-resistant to 100m, the watch features a sapphire caseback and characteristic blue synthetic sapphire cabochon crown. Strap width is 20mm.
