The Cartier Calibre de Cartier W7100007 features a 42mm rose gold case and marks the 2010 debut of Cartier's first in-house manufactured movement, the caliber 1904-PS MC automatic. The watch includes hours, minutes, small seconds at 6 o'clock, date window, and a 20mm lug width. Water resistance is 100 meters, sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating, 48-hour power reserve, and stationary bezel.
