The Cartier Calibre de Cartier W2CA0008 is a 42mm sports watch in stainless steel or 18-karat rose gold, launched in 2010 with a 20mm lug width. It features the Calibre 1904-PS MC movement, an automatic mechanism with 48-hour power reserve and 28,800 vph oscillation frequency. The watch has a screw-down crown integrated into the bezel, geometric dial with applied baton indices, and date window at 3 o'clock, topped by a sapphire caseback revealing the asymmetrical balance wheel.
