The Calibre de Cartier W2CA0004, seen from the bench
The Calibre de Cartier W2CA0004 features the proprietary Cartier caliber 1904-PS MC movement developed in-house in 2010. The 42mm case is available in stainless steel and 18-carat pink gold with a grey solaris dial, date window at three o'clock, and small seconds at six o'clock. The movement includes 39 rubies, beats at 28,800 vph, and provides approximately 48 hours of power reserve. The strap size is 20mm.
