The Cartier Calibre de Cartier W7100036 is a 42mm stainless steel and 18k rose gold mechanical watch launched in 2010. It features the Cartier 1904-PS MC manual movement with hours, minutes, small seconds and date window at 3 o'clock, offering over 48 hours power reserve.
