The Calibre de Cartier mounts the 1904-PS MC automatic manufacture movement with hour, minute, small seconds and date functions. The case features the characteristic round design with a crown decorated with a blue cabochon. The silvered guilloché dial is equipped with Roman numerals and blued sword-shaped hands.
