The Reine de Naples was introduced by Breguet in 2002 as a modern reissue of the first wristwatch in history, created in 1810 for Caroline Murat. The model mounts the automatic Breguet 591C caliber with hour and minute indication. The oval case features the characteristic asymmetric design with the crown positioned at 4 o'clock.
