The Breguet Reine de Naples 8918BA/58/J39/D00D is the first wristwatch in history, commissioned in 1810 by Abraham-Louis Breguet for Queen Caroline Murat of Naples. The asymmetrical oval case measures 28.45 mm in its greatest diameter and is crafted in yellow gold 18K, developing a warm patina over time. The watch is powered by the Breguet 537/3 movement and features 18 mm lugs. The dial displays hours, minutes and seconds with guilloché gold hands and clous de Paris motifs, while a transparent caseback reveals the manufacture movement.
