Set of two spring bars for Rolex Oyster Perpetual, in hardened Swiss Standard steel. The OP is the simplest Rolex in the catalogue: 28mm, 31mm, 34mm, 36mm, 39mm cases, and now also 41. Lugs from 15mm up to 21mm. Pin 1.5mm or 1.8mm depending on the reference.
The OP is the first Rolex for many collectors. The vintage 1002, the 14000 from the Nineties, the 114200 and the current 124300 are simple machines, designed to be worn every day. The spring bars wear out sooner — you change the strap more often.

What pin diameter does this set have?
It depends on the reference. The OP uses 1.5mm or 1.8mm depending on the model. Please note down the exact reference and I will select the correct diameter.
Will they fit my 36mm OP?
Yes. The set covers the entire OP line: 28, 31, 34, 36, 39 and 41mm case sizes. Only the lug width changes, ranging from 15 to 21mm.
What material are they made of?
Hardened Swiss Standard steel. The same steel I use when working on these watches.
Why do I need to change them so often?
The OP is an everyday watch, not a display piece. The spring bars work harder and wear out sooner. As a result, the strap needs to be changed more often than with other models.
Will they fit both the vintage 1002 and the current 124300?
Yes, but the pin changes from reference to reference. Please let me know which of the two you have and I will prepare the correct diameter for you.
