Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be available as subscriptions, pre-orders, or "Try Before You Buy" options. This cancellation policy explains how you can modify or cancel these types of purchases.
Subscriptions
If you purchase a subscription, you will receive deliveries on an ongoing basis. These deliveries are based on the subscription term and the frequency you select.
Your payment information will be stored securely. You will be charged for each delivery, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of the term. If you do not wish to renew a subscription, you can cancel it.
You can cancel or change your subscription at any time. Order confirmation emails contain links to your order. You can use them to manage your subscription.

Pre-orders
When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is out of stock or coming soon and for which there is currently no inventory. At checkout, we may not charge you at all or charge only a partial deposit and save your payment method, then fulfill the order and charge the full amount—or the remaining amount—at a later date.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, you cannot cancel it, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
Try Before You Buy
When you purchase an item with the "Try Before You Buy" option, we authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order. You will have a certain amount of time to decide if you want to keep the item. After that period, if you haven’t returned it, we will charge the full amount to your payment method.Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive recurring deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency you select.

Your payment details will be stored securely, and you’ll be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance. Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their term.

Pre-orders

How It Works

Once the time period has passed, if you have not returned the item, we will charge your payment method for the full amount.
