The Patek Philippe Grand Complications Ref. 5204P-011 combines a split-seconds chronograph with a complete perpetual calendar and moon phases in a 40.2mm platinum case. The caliber CHR 29-535 PS Q integrates column wheel, vertical friction, and dual balance mechanisms for tenth-of-second precision, with a 45-hour power reserve. The black lacquered dial features white gold indices contrasting with calendar windows and day/night lunar retrograde, while 18mm lug width ensures precise alignment with the platinum case profile.
