To change it: 1) Place the watch on a soft surface; 2) Use a dedicated tool or the flat blade of a small knife to push the spring bar inward on one of the two sides; 3) Remove the old strap; 4) Align the new strap and insert the spring bar until it clicks into place. Repeat on the other side. Avoid sudden movements that could scratch the case.
