The Panerai Pre-Vendôme 5218-202/A is a pre-Richemont generation tool watch from the 1990s, originally made for Italian Navy divers. It features a 44mm stainless steel cushion case with a minimalist dial and applied indices. The watch is powered by a manual ETA caliber 6497-1 movement with hours, minutes, and small seconds. The 24mm lug width maintains proper proportions with the 44mm case diameter and accommodates military-standard straps from the 1970s-1980s era.
