The Panerai Pre-Vendôme 5218-207/A is a fundamental model from Panerai's history, produced in the 1980s-90s before the 1997 Vendôme Collection overhaul. It features a 44mm stainless steel 316L case with a manual ETA Caliber 6497-1 movement offering hours, minutes, and small seconds at 9 o'clock. The off-white dial with applied indices and printed characters prioritizes readability over decoration. The 24mm lug width is specifically calibrated for this Pre-Vendôme generation and is not interchangeable with later models in the line.
