There is no singular 'best'—choice depends on intended use. For elegance, we recommend black alligator or vegetable-tanned calf leather in cognac or burgundy. For aquatic performance, an FKM rubber strap or NATO fabric bracelet excels. Black alligator reinforces the tool-watch character; calf offers comfort and natural patina development; rubber ensures chlorine and saltwater resistance.

Strap change is performed by manipulating the case lugs. A dedicated spring bar tool is required to extract the pins from the interior lug side. Once removed, the old strap disengages; the new strap is installed by threading the pins through the lug openings. We recommend having a watchmaker perform this operation if you lack experience, to avoid scratching the case.
