The IWC Portofino IW5101-04 is a 45mm red gold manual-wind timepiece featuring the IWC caliber 59210 movement with 7-day power reserve and Swiss lever escapement. The watch presents a time-only dial with concentric subdials and visible movement through the transparent caseback decorated with Côtes de Genève. The 20mm lug width is specifically proportioned to the case diameter for optimal wrist presence.
