To change the strap: 1) obtain a spring bar tool (or a very small flathead screwdriver); 2) support the watch with one hand, keeping the case steady; 3) insert the tool into the small hole on the side of the lug (at the base of the spring bar); 4) apply gentle pressure inward until the spring bar comes out completely; 5) repeat on the other side; 6) remove the worn strap; 7) insert the new strap into the case lugs; 8) reintroduce the spring bars from both sides until they click into place. Operate delicately to avoid scratching the case.
