Set of two spring bars for Oyster Perpetual 34, reference 124200 in all dial variants. Hardened Swiss Standard steel. Size: 18mm between lugs. Pin diameter: 1.5mm.
The 34 is the middle size that many discover only once on the wrist: compact case, 18mm lugs — not the 19 of the vintage pieces, not the 20 of the 36. Those who order the wrong spring bar usually get it wrong right here. Closed shoulder, 1.5mm compression pin, and the strap stays where you put it.

How do I know if these are the right ones for my Rolex?
They are made for the Oyster Perpetual 34, reference 124200, in all dial variants. The lugs measure 18mm: not 19, as on vintage models, and not 20, as on the 36mm. If your watch is a 124200, this is the correct size.
What diameter is the pin?
1.5mm, spring-loaded. The housing is closed: the strap stays exactly where you place it, with no play.
What material are they made of?
Hardened Swiss Standard steel. They don't bend or deform under the pressure of the spring.
Are they also suitable for the 36mm?
No. The 36mm has 20mm lugs, these are 18mm. This is the most common mistake: those who order the wrong spring bar usually confuse exactly these two sizes.
Do I need to change them every time I fit a new strap?
I would recommend it. Using a new spring bar with every strap change is a good habit to start right from your first strap: it costs very little and saves you surprises on the wrist.
