Military Single Pass Recycled Nylon Strap Green - Orange
SKU: N12-GREE-ORA 20
Military green isn't for everyone. When paired with orange, it takes on a distinct direction: recognizable, direct, uncompromising. It's a combination that works on a Tudor Black Bay or any robust sports watch — not by chance, but by affinity of character.
Crafted from 100% recycled polyester, this single pass strap is the concrete answer for those seeking substance without sacrificing aesthetics. The single pass system isn't just simple nylon: it's a single continuous strip that passes under the case, eliminating the weak point of the double spring bar. If one fails, the strap holds. The watch stays on your wrist.
Unlike the classic NATO, the profile remains low — the buckle centered under the wrist, no loose tail to bother you. The sliding keeper neatly locks the end. Immediate wearability, continuous length adjustment.
Buckle and loops in 316L stainless steel: the same alloy used in marine environments, rust-resistant even with intense daily use.

WHAT WE DID
Milano Straps, always sensitive to the issue of sustainability and the ways in which a luxury product should be produced and distributed, has decided, in its small way, to contribute to the growth of an Eco-Luxury Positive economy.
Recently launched, the MSLabStraps line is a new series of eco-friendly NATO fabric straps made by recycling post-consumer plastic bottles collected in Northern Italy.
From one recycled plastic bottle, two MSLabStraps NATO straps are made.
Through a mechanical, non-chemical recycling process that is 100% Made in Italy certified throughout its fully traceable supply chain, the plastic from the bottles is shredded and transformed into high-quality, high-performance recycled polyester yarns for textile use.
The production of 1 kg of Newlife®, for the same quantity of virgin polymer, allows a reduction in energy consumption of 60%, CO2 emissions of 32%, and water consumption of 94%.
Domande Frequenti
But if the keeper breaks, will the strap fall off my wrist?
No. Here, security doesn’t depend on a single point. The single pass system is one continuous strip that runs beneath the case — even if the sliding keeper were to give way, the nylon itself continues to hold the watch. Unlike classic NATOs with double spring bars, you don’t have two fragile components in competition. The watch stays on the wrist.
How does the adjustment work? Do I have to punch holes in the nylon?
No holes. The single pass system relies on the sliding keeper in 316L stainless steel: it locks the end of the nylon wherever you prefer along the continuous length. Smooth adjustment, no holes weakening the material. Once you’ve found the right position, the keeper holds it steady.
Does green and orange really work on every sports watch, or is it just marketing?
Not on every one. The description is precise: the combination works through affinity of character. It holds up on a Tudor Black Bay or on robust sports watches with a substantial case. If your watch has delicate proportions or classic luxury lines, this direct, recognisable combination won’t have the same effect. It’s not an excuse, it’s honesty: military green isn’t built to please everyone, by design.
Does the 316L keeper really last with intense daily use, or is it one of those metals that wears out after six months?
316L stainless steel is the one used in marine environments — that is, where salt water attacks continuously. If it holds up there, it holds up to intense daily use without issue. The alloy resists rust by nature. Obviously if you scratch it, the mark stays: it’s steel, not diamond. But it doesn’t deteriorate.
Why is it recycled and not simply robust nylon? Does it make a difference in durability?
It’s 100% recycled polyester, and the strength remains the same: 1.5mm thickness, 316L keeper, continuous length with no weak points. Recycled isn’t an aesthetic compromise — it’s a choice of substance. If the material didn’t hold up, it wouldn’t be used. The difference lies in the origin, not the resilience.
