The Heritage
The strap for this watch is made to measure
On the Piaget Emperador the bracelet is drawn as part of the case: no catalogue strap will fit. In the atelier we take the measurements on the watch itself and build the strap on the piece — that is the work of Casati Milano.

Can I fit a standard strap on a Piaget Emperador G0A38058?
No, the bracelet is integrated directly into the case. A standard strap has nowhere to attach. However, at the atelier I craft a custom strap that fits perfectly to the watch, modelled to the case's own geometry.
How does the custom strap process work for the Piaget Emperador?
We work by appointment only at Casati Milano. You bring the watch, I take measurements directly from the case, and craft the strap by hand in leather, calibrated to that specific geometry.
Which leather would you recommend for a watch like this?
Mississippi Alligator. This Piaget breathes sportiness and clean geometry, and alligator has that natural texture which speaks well to the case's decisive volumes in rose gold. It ages beautifully, telling the story of the days passed.
How long does a well-made strap last?
With daily wear, between 4 and 8 years. It depends on how you treat it: intense sun and sweat wear it faster. Quality leather improves with age though—it develops patina, softens. Cared for properly, it lasts even longer.
Why is the Piaget Emperador built with this cushion shape?
It's the hallmark of Piaget: the ultra-thin movement that powers the case demands compact space. The cushion form solves this with grace, turning a technical constraint into a strong, recognisable visual identity.
