The El Primero 03.2160.4047/21.C714, seen from the bench
The El Primero was introduced by Zenith in 1969 as the world's first automatic chronograph movement. This model mounts the El Primero 4047 caliber with column-wheel chronograph functions, moon phases and date. The movement features small seconds, hour and minute indication with a column-wheel mechanism for the chronograph.
