The El Primero 03.2072.4054/18.C711, seen from the bench
The Zenith El Primero was introduced in 1969 as the first automatic high-frequency chronograph movement. It mounts the El Primero 4054 caliber with hour, minute, small second, column-wheel chronograph, date, annual calendar, day and month functions. The movement operates at 36,000 vibrations/hour with a column-wheel for the chronograph control.
