The El Primero 03.2050.4035/21.C630, seen from the bench
The El Primero was introduced by Zenith in 1969 as the first high-frequency automatic chronograph movement. The reference 03.2050.4035/21.C630 mounts the El Primero 4035 D calibre with functions of hours, minutes, small seconds, date and column-wheel chronograph. The movement integrates a tourbillon escapement that completes a rotation per minute.
