The Unimatic Modello Quattro U4-A is equipped with a 22-millimetre lug width. This specific measurement requires straps manufactured with the same width at their extremities to ensure a perfect fit within the lug slots. Correct lug measurement involves positioning a calliper perpendicular to the outer shoulders of the case lugs.

The ideal strap depends upon intended use. For classical elegance, we recommend calf leather or alligator with vegetable tanning, both developing patina over time. For tactical versatility, a premium NATO in black or navy blue maintains the watch's minimalist aesthetic. For a polychromatic tool option, FKM rubber resists climatic variation whilst preserving the U4-A's instrumental functionality.

The U4-A is fitted with a stainless steel deployante. To remove the strap: unlock the deployante by pressing the small lateral button, extract the strap from the case lugs, then insert the new strap ensuring the 22mm width seats perfectly within the lug slots.
