Strap for The Porthole

The lug width of the PW.PH.01.001 is precisely 22 millimetres. This measurement represents the distance between the two lateral anchor pins on the case. A compatible strap must measure exactly 22mm in width to ensure stable attachment without excessive force or play between the lugs.

The Porthole is best paired with vegetable-tanned leather, natural or cognac alligator, or military-grade NATO and vulcanised rubber for sport applications. Alligator amplifies the nautical aesthetic through its geometric scale pattern. Vegetable-tanned leather ages alongside the bronze patina of the case. The strap is secured via spring bars (elastic pins) inserted into the lateral case lugs. Use a dedicated spring bar removal tool to gently extract the pin from its seat, allowing the strap to detach. Align the new strap's holes with the pins and press the pin back into the lug until it locks audibly. The operation is entirely reversible without invasive tools.
