The Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso 3758420 (Grande Reverso Calendar) is a 29.90 mm stainless steel watch combining the iconic reversible case designed in 1931 with a complete calendar featuring lunar phases. The case houses the in-house Jaeger-LeCoultre caliber 843, displaying hours, minutes, date, day, month and moon phase on a balanced dial. The 20 mm lug width accommodates straight-ended straps to ensure clean attachment to the flat, parallel lugs characteristic of the rectangular Reverso case. Refined surfaces and precise sliding reversal mechanism exemplify Le Sentier manufacture standards.
