The Reverso 2662420 (aka: Q2662420), seen from the bench

The Reverso was introduced in 1931 as a polo watch with a swiveling case to protect the dial. It features the Jaeger-LeCoultre 844 manual-winding caliber with hour and minute indications. The rectangular case features the characteristic flip mechanism that allows the dial to be completely hidden.
