The Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso Classic Medium Duoface Small Seconds (ref. 2458422) features a reversible stainless steel case measuring 25.50 mm in width, combining a front dial with a second independent dial on the back showing a second time zone and day/night indicator. The 854A/2 caliber powers hours, minutes, an independent 12-hour subdial, and the back dial day/night display. The 20 mm lug width ensures compatibility with standard aftermarket straps; the rectangular case requires square-ended straps to allow proper case rotation without obstruction.
