The lug width is 20 mm, measured from the inner shoulder of the right lug to the inner shoulder of the left lug. This dimension is standard across the SeaQ collection and proportioned to the 39.50 mm case diameter according to the Glashütte Manufacture's construction canon.

It depends on intended use. For daily elegance: alligator or vegetable-tanned calf. For diving: FKM rubber or grey satin NATO. The 20 mm lug width accommodates premium straps, as it provides sufficient width for properly dimensioned lugs and buckles without structural stress.

The SeaQ features standard straight lugs with 20 mm width. Use a spring bar removal tool (small flat screwdriver), positioning it on the spring, not the lug shoulders. Gently push the pin in a single direction to extract completely. Insert the new strap by aligning the pin orthogonally, then snap it into place until you feel resistance.
